The most effective and environmentally focused method for mineral beneficiation is our High Efficiency Flotation Cells. These cells maximise mineral recovery (yield) and optimise mineral grades. Our design allows for the incoming slurry to be agitated and aerated in a concentrated area within the Dual Cell unit. This results for an effective high energy transfer area which in combination with a unique agitation paddle design and air introduction allows this technology to beneficiate material previously considered as discard. Due to the ultra-fine bubble creation the technology is also able to include beneficiation in the smallest fraction of the material.

Process flow

  • Thickener underflow reports to filter plant feed tank.
  • Material is pumped to the flotation header box thereafter to the flotation circuit.
  • Feed flow rate and density is controlled by pump speed and water addition respectively
  • The tailings from the flotation circuit gets pumped to the tailings thickener. The tailings get filtered for dry tailing stacking.
  • The product from the flotation circuit gets pumped to the filtration feed tank. The product is then filtered.
  • Mineral beneficiation and water savings are achieved.
